Blueberry pancake smoothie – vegan + gluten free

Smoothies are my thing lately and this one DOES NOT disappoint. Packed with protein and fiber for a healthy happy you!

The Recipe

  • 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 TBSP cashews
  • 2 TBSP oats
  • 1 TBSP seamoss (optional)
  • Drizzle of pure maple syrup (optional)
