for every time I got asked “where do you get your protein” I wouldn’t even have to worry about if I had enough. Getting in protein as a vegan isn’t some scary or hard task.

But how much protein do you actually need?

I used this calculator online to figure out a baseline, or you can consult with your doctor. The recommended dietary allowance to prevent deficiency for an average adult is 0.8 g per kg of body weight.
