3 Easy Ways to Show up for Yourself.

Sometimes we just need a little sign to show up for ourselves each day. Here’s yours! think of all the ways you show up for others during the day, it’s a lot isn’t it? What if you showed up for you in that exact way everyday? So here’s your sign… keep reading to see how you can show up for yourself everyday.

5, 10, or 15 minutes each day just for YOU.

If you only have five minutes a great way to show up for yourself is taking those 5 minutes to breathe or meditate. You’d be surprised how much changing the flow of your breath can change your mood. Meditation is a great way to “reset” mid day and clear out all the extra info you’ve taken in.

If you have ten minutes that’s perfect to add a little movement to your day. This can be simple stretching or a quick yoga break. Most of us are sitting for majority of the day and its so good to give your body a little love.

If you have fifteen minutes that an amazing way to indulge in a little light reading. Grab your favorite magazine, yes an actual one and flip the pages, or start that book that’s been collections dust on your shelf.

Carve out and claim the time to care for yourself and kindle your own fire.
