Nothing beats a warm chocolate chip cookie.
These vegan chocolate chip cookies taste just as good, if not better than “regular” cookies. A bonus that no animals are harmed in the making of them! This is my absolute favorite recipe for amazing melt in your mouth cookies!
What You’ll Need
- 1 cup vegan butter ( I prefer earth balance buttery sticks)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar – packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk ( I prefer oat)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups + 1/4 cup of All-Purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- A mix of semi-sweet & dark chocolate chips (as many or as few as you’d like)
What You’ll Do
Preheat your oven to 350.
Cream together your butter and both sugars, add in your milk of choice, and vanilla.
Sift together your flour, baking soda, and salt.
Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in your chocolate chips.
Bake for 12-14 minutes on a lined baking sheet. ( softer cookies take out at 12 minutes)
This recipe makes a little over 2 dozen cookies so it’s perfect for the holidays or a Netflix Christmas movie marathon!
