Vegan Iced Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte

Hey y’all and HAPPY Friday!

The Disney Fall treats have been giving me life lately, and I’m upset I won’t be traveling to try them, so all things pumpkin spice (and vegan) are coming to my blog for the next few months! If you can’t go to the magic bring the magic to you!

If you’re following along over on Instagram you probably saw this teaser on my story the other day! This recipe is super flexible and if you’re not vegan you can easily switch out the ingredients for their dairy versions.

What you’ll need

  • 1 tsp matcha – I like the brand FromTheReserve i used their Vanilla matcha but regular matcha will also work!
  • 1/2 cup Califia Farms Oat milk (or any other milk)
  • 1/4 cup Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Almond milk creamer (or any PS creamer of your choice)
  • pumpkin pie spice (optional but recommended)
  • ice
  • water

What you’ll do

Prepare your matcha! First heat up about an ounce of water in the microwave for 30 seconds pour over matcha powder and whisk until it bubbles! Put that mixture in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Heat up another 2/3 ounces of water and mix your chilled matcha mix into the hot water!

Now is the easy part! Add ice to your favorite mug, top with milk and pumpkin spice creamer and give it a stir, next add your prepared matcha, swirl it around, top with pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy fall in a cup!
