EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays

It is finally my absolute favorite season ever! While I wish I was spending the whole month of December in Disney, I will be here in Austin for the holidays.

Epcot seems to always have a festival going on and I am not upset about that at all! It’s officially December and you know what that means it’s Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays and I can post about holidays with no guilt! (even though I’ve been listening to christmas music since November 1st).

I don’t know about you guys but as soon as I think Epcot, I think FOOD! This festival is like a holiday celebration meets The Food and Wine Festival, need I say more? If you’ll be in Disney World any time from November 29th – December 30th you should for sure eat at one of the Festival Kitchens!

I love the World Showcase at any time of year but holiday food “kitchens” make it even more enjoyable! This year there are 13 kitchens set up much like the Food and Wine booths and of course there is a passport to keep track of what you’ve eaten!

The Holiday Kitchens

  • American Holiday Table
  • Bavaria Holiday Kitchen
  • Prost!
  • Holiday Sweets and Treats
  • Feast of the Three Kings
  • Le Marche De Noel Kitchen
  • L’Chaim
  • Sapphire Holiday Kitchen
  • Las Posadas Holiday Kitchen
  • Shanghai Holiday Kitchen

The menus look yummy and seem to have plenty of gluten-friendly options as well. The servings are larger then what you get at Food and Wine because well, holidays are for indulging!

Another fantastic post, My Family loves Epcot and indeed the food is always a positive, sometimes its Disney hot and you don’t want to sit down to a full dinner, or lunch, sometimes the body just needs smaller delights, so also enjoy the outside menus, try a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and enjoy Epcot, Disney know how to get every cent out of our pockets, lol, and they can easily do it with food, for myself, I always try many new items year after year.
